General Forum Rules
General Time Line
Taking place after Dragonball Z in Age 784, events in GT will not be observed though items (such as the Black Star Dragonballs) and other options from GT will be considered (including characters exclusive to GT, SSJ4, etc.). Bad guys are encouraged to step up to the plate and cause trouble.
Limits
To keep things sensible and from getting out of hand, there'll be limits on a few things.
Claiming A Canon Character - For now, everyone can have 2 canon characters a piece and however many original characters they can keep up with. If one of the canon characters falls into neglect, ownership will shift. And it's recommended that if the canons you pick happen to be canons that conflict/interact extensively, it's suggested you change one. Unless you like RPing with yourself a lot.
Tuffles - While labeled as extinct, we'll permit 3-4 survivors not including if anyone is resurrected somehow.
Saiyajins - Besides Goku and Vegeta, all pure-blood saiyajins are dead unless they become resurrected.
Half-Saiyajins - Besides Gohan, Goten, Bulla and Trunks; there are no other half-saiyajins. Yet. Don't make an OC and claim to be a certain toon's child because you're likely to be shot down if they don't agree.
Demi-Saiyajins - Besides Pan, same rules for 1/2's apply. Due to discrepancies between 1/4 and 1/16 and as far as still able to go SSJ, anything beyond 1/16 will not be able to go SSJ.
Majins - No more outside Buu, Booby and Baby Buu unless Buu makes more. The race is JUST starting.
Dragon Balls - There are three sets. Earth, Namek and Black Star. All the rules apply to each set. If a set is used, and you intend to use again, you have to RP the time jump. There is no auto-use afterwards. If it takes a year to charge, you're looking a year later.
Time Travelers - Only Mirai Trunks.

General Forum Rules
- Trollers will be banned as soon as they raise their ugly little faces. Counter-trolling the trollers is acceptable but we recommend not feeding them. They're like the Androids, they suck up what you throw at them.
- You can cuss up a storm. Certain words are discouraged but that's what filters are for.
- Anything NC-17 should be done in private, if there's something posted, I will nuke it.
- Bad RP is bad.
- Bad RP etiquette is bad. If someone gives you a massive post, at least try to match it. There is nothing more infuriating than posting 5-7 paragraphs and some douche comes in with any where from a sentence to a lonely little paragraph.
- Yaoi/Yuri is fun...But if your toon is crushing on another toon who just isn't into the 'same sex' deal, don't try converting people. You will be bitch slapped by Mr. Popo.
- DOOOOOODGE!!! Just not all of them, you God-moders.
- Non-DB characters are accepted in moderation, it's up to you to figure out how they fit in.

- Saiyajins have roughly the same lifespan that humans do...Give or take.
- Most pure-blooded Saiyajins are dead. And in Hell. Only so many live ones will be permitted. And I swear to the Gods, not everyone is going to have Saiyajin genes. Just no.
- People in Hell can't go taking a trip to Heaven. Snake Way is about as far as you'll get.
- Just for shits and giggles, the black star dragon balls are permitted. They will grant the same wishes, as well as killing people which the gold set will not. After the wish is granted, they do not turn to stone so another wish can be granted immediately. HOWEVER, after a wish is granted, they will scatter across the galaxy and will have to be regathered then returned to the planet the wish was granted on...or the planet will explode. So have fun with that.
- Due to discrepancies and the fact that to be bodiless would just be no fun, anyone who is dead in Other World has their body. Good guys will have halos, those designated to Hell will not.
- If you are already dead, you can die again but no one whose already dead will be getting nuked from existence. We won't allow that. But, killing people who are alive is permitted within reason, and if they are okay with that. It's not like they lose their toon completely after all.
- Weird stuff will be permitted (they have planes in Other World yanno), but if it makes absolutely no fucking sense, there might be some issue.
