"Be safe." Videl reminded Trunks lightly with a smile, shifting Pan in her arms. She was a full time mom and it showed all the time, even in the littlest of things such as reminding a full grown boy to be careful. "Don't be a stranger either."
"Thanks Gohan. See you around."
The eighteen year old grinned at the taller male before looking to the woman at his side. He nodded at her, his grin turning lopsided. "I'll try my best, and I won't."
Trunks nodded at the three before taking his hands out of his pockets to intertwin them behind his head as he turned around. His mind shifted from the Son family to one of the three topics that usually dominated his mind. The current one; girls.
Oh, there was a fourth topic; food, which totally crossed his mind as he headed down the street.
Videl looked up at Gohan with a loving smile before passing their daughter to him. She watched as he placed Pan on his shoulders and beamed up at the little girl. "Be careful up there, Pan."
The woman lowered her eyes slightly to Gohan's own gaze. "Let's go home." After turning around to head out towards the entrance, she felt the familiar weight of her husband's arm and leaned into him lightly. Videl placed one arm across her stomach to rest her fingers against his with a content smile.
Videl removed her arm from her stomach once they reached a safe point for the three to fly home. She rose up a split second later than Gohan, and still felt a rush that she could perform such a feat. Nowadays it was as natural as breathing, but it never lost the entertainment value.
She knew for a fact that Gohan could fly so much faster than she could, just as Pan could. But nonetheless she kept up perfectly fine with the pace he had set, a glowing smile on her face as they headed home.
[Figured I'd get two birds with one stone...or two people with one post XP Yay cute family moments!] [/blockquote]

"Byyyeee Trunks! Byyeee! Come play with me!"
The tiny tot waved one arm frantically at the lavender-haired a teen, a wide grin on her face as she held onto her mother with her other hand. It went without saying that 'playing' with Pan usually ended up in a race, or sparring. All right, sometimes she played tag and hide-and-seek. Fairly often, actually.
Hey. She was only five.
Pan's dearly beloved daddy turned to her, a smile on his face, and his arms opening. With a squeal, she spread her own arms, reaching out for him as Videl passed her to him. She kicked her short little legs once before hugging her dad's head, grinning down at her mom as she bobbed her head vigorously.
"I will!" Pan squeaked before turning dark eyes to the world around her. Even though she flew far higher then this on a normal basis, there was still a strange magic about seeing the world from her father's shoulders. Occasionally she would point at something for her dad or mom to look at, or wave at someone she knew.
Pan would never be the type of child who enjoyed just being held while flying, not anymore. Once her parents had both levitated off the ground, she planted both tiny feet on her dad's shoulder, pushing off and launching into the air. In a moment of childish delight, she did a loop-de-loop in the air before turning and waiting for her dad, levitating several feet off the ground with ease.
Once the trio was in the air, Pan showed her true colors, launching forward several feet until she was either called to by either parent, or until she decided to come back, though she never stayed too far out of sight. Then, she would fly above then below her parents, corkscrewing and just giggling. There was no showing off, no arrogance, at how well she could fly.
It was merely Pan being Pan. [/color]
