Collaboration Villain

Yay for plotting!

Okay.

We're plotting a demon (whom can have henchmen if that's favored) for a background villain to fall back on when times get slow. Someone who may pull a string or two and cause some general mayhem now and then. So in here, post what you would like to see out of a background villain:

• Male or female, both or whatever? Hey, it's a demon.
  
• Personality traits.
  
• Physical features.
  
• Background details, like things this bugger may have done, etc.
  
• Potential minions.
  
• Reasons for being an asshole, besides the obvious 'cause it's a demon and they like to start shit'
  
• How powerful it should be?
  
• Powers.
  
• General plot ideas for later.
  

Go fucking nuts, cause I'm morbidly curious to see what people say. Just to also note, it may become something of a global character that everyone may have a chance to RP with which is why we're calling for input.

Background: Never got hugs as a child, and retaliated by: Blowing up planets, that's fun. Being a general douchebag to everyone by killing children, mothers, puppies, and kittens.

Just thought I'd note, both my characters are potential villain/minions of a npc villainl. Though one more so than the other.
