Name : Anesidora Other Titles : 'She Who Sends Up Gifts' (That most of the time people really wish they could return...) Occupation : Wayward Demon Queen of Chaos (Aren't they all?) Race : Demon/Makaioshin Fighting Class : Sorcerer/Necromancer Likes : Eating babies, smashing kittens and puppies, manipulation, being worshipped and served, torture (of others), petty tricks, gambling (even though she always loses), cookies. Dislikes : Most good things, people getting in her way, those cliche heroic-types, bad service. Appearance Cameo : Da Ji from Dynasty Warriors |
Spells and Abilities Vulpine Form - Anesidora only resorts to this under close combat circumstances that she cannot avoid. Looking very much like a werewolf of sorts, Anesidora turns into a terrifying vulpine monster (foxlike) with nine tails. In this form, her spells cannot be cast but she makes up for that with significantly increased speed and strength. Her claws are especially deadly as they can cut through almost everything except kachin. Unseen Servant - Anesidora can summon an unseen force that obeys her commands. Usually she uses it for menial purposes like making her a sammich. Disguise - She can change her appearance, often mimicking another person. Glitterdust - She blinds her opponents and makes those invisible or fast moving easier to see. Explosive Runes - She enjoys catching people off guard when these rune blow up when read. Shrink - She shrinks a person or thing to 1/16 their normal size. Scrying - Spies on a particular target from a considerable distance. Hallucinatory Terrain - She makes one area look different than it really is...Particularly good if she aims to lead someone into water, lava or a desert unsuspectingly. Domination - Anesidora can control another telepathically, it is much more effective against those that have had a run in with her demonic corruption (ie the Sins). Dream/Nightmare Vision - A target might either receive an ominous message via a dream or be bombarded by a terrible and threatening nightmare while they sleep. She particularly leans towards things that incite rage or pack an emotional punch. Irresistable Dance - Just for kicks, she forces a target to dance. Reverse Gravity - Shit falls up, ha! Control Weather - She can change the weather of a small region at will, usually with the intent to cause great ruin. |
Weapons Magic Jar : Anesidora always carries a jar with her, which she can trap another's soul in and then turn around to take over the vacated body. Unless the jar is opened by either herself, another demon or a holy individual or destroyed by an equally enchanted item; the soul will remain trapped, requiring the body be tended to until it can be returned. Big Brass Balls : They aren't really made out of brass but more like the second hardest material ever, because kachin is hard to shape, man! She doesn't bother manually handling these enchanted globes but instead uses her magic to manipulate them in the air, often bashing them into her opponets. Sometimes repeatedly. She'll use these as a distraction if she thinks of putting the Magic Jar strapped to her waist to use... |
Personality Anesidora delights in causing chaos. She doesn't care if anyone dies in the crossfire so long as she can see some sweet, sweet mayhem sown. As such, the spells with which she learned during her somewhat short existence (if over 8,000 years is considered short for some) are all centered around causing confusion, disorienting opponents, or causing emotional grief. Death isn't something she particularly favors as the targets of her torture are out of her reach at that point. The only time she decides to set about killing something is when she feels the need to smash the disgustingly cute kittens and puppies of the universe. To her minions, she is considered a generous master who goes out of her way to make sure they are more than equipped to do their jobs and enjoy themselves as well as being able to keep her entertained. But if she winds up somehow running out of targets for her torture routine, she's quick to potentially turn on them and make them the targets instead. The only time Anesidora is likely to grow angry is if she's halted from causing any sort of chaos. Her plans may be undone at some point which she actually doesn't mind so much, just as long as she got to enjoy someone's suffering out of it. But if they're foiled before having any detrimental impact, she's very likely to fly off into a rage and possibly dismember someone. It's not a certain thing as to which scenario is worse. |
